Professionally
Nicola joined Hammond Financial Planning in November 2025 as a paraplanner after having worked on a consultancy basis providing paraplanning services for 7 years prior to that. Nicola has 25 years’ experience in financial services, and has held roles a customer consultant, medical underwriter and in more recent years as a paraplanner. Nicola’s qualifications are Diploma in Insurance – Insurance Law, Diploma in Insurance – Life Assurance, Diploma in Insurance – Life & Disability Underwriting and Financial Planning Certificates 1,2 and 3 and Certificate in Financial Planning 2.
Personally
Outside of work Nicola enjoys travelling the UK in her campervan and travelling to watch her daughter compete in tennis tournaments.
